Rolling roaded at 557bhp and 450lbs ft last year at Dyno Demon at 1.8bar

Unfortunatley, the head lifted recently so have reverted back to standard head bolts, changed the gasket to Cosworth 1.8mm, added Wizards of Nos Nitrous Kit and a Bracpan rear diffuser.

With a few tweeks, the car now runs 1.9bar and comes on boost quicker than previously as was a little laggy.

The nitrous is operated via an arming swtich and full throttle switch, running 50bhp jets which works very well as an anti lag system and additional bhp, making the turbo spin up very quickly whilst adding more bhp and torque.

Ive not had her on the dyno yet but hope to soon.

Thanks for viewing

Some piccies below before ive added nitrous and rear diffuser

Very Happy

Lol. Cheers Stu.

I was hoping for Santa Pod last weekend but didnt make it unfortunately. Next one is Bob's track day at North Weald.

The overfuelling turned out to be the fuel solenoid for the nitrous kit which was a releif. Very Happy

I picked up the car at the weekend, so thought I would add an update and piccies.

- Head recently lifted so had ead gasket fitted (Cosworth 1.8mm) and standard head bolts
- Bracpan rear diffuser
- Wizards of Nos Nitrous Kit, running 50bhp jets

I think the cam timing may have been out previously as even without the nitrous, the turbo spins up much quicker, making the car more driveable and feels overall faster than before.

The nitrous is controlled via a swtich on the steering wheel. Ive had a few straight line runs with the nitrous on and you can really feel the difference, especially with how quick the turbo spins up. I would probably compare it to a GT3071 but need a bit of practice using the nitrous to its best ability coming out of a bend without throwing out the back end.

Hi all,

Its been a while so thought I would update this thread.

I had reached the MAF's limites so decided to upgrade my ECU to a Syvecs system.

Car is with Ed at Fusion and the original plan was to add the Syvecs and a few new sensors and remove any of the old sensors.

Since the car has been with Ed, Ive kept adding to the shopping list so have kept him busy -

Syvces ECU
4 bar map sensor
Sensors - oil pressure, oil temp, air charge, fuel sensor and knock sensor
Wideband lamda
Toucan - Touchscreen device that controls and displays the ECU's settings
Nitrous Control

I have had some shiny bits added

Brake Fluid resevoir cover
Slam Cooling panel
Oil separator
Fuse / Relay box cover
Power steering bottle cover
Spark plug cover

Some other bits -

Some new silicone hoses and pipework
Refitting of Nitrous changing from wet to dry system
Re routing of wiring
New injector plug covers
Fusion Motorsport Coil Packs and removal of dizzy cap
Race Technology Dash 2
Battery Isolator Switch
K&N Air Filter
WON Nitrous Bottle Heater

Ed has also painted the rocker cover and inlet manifold for me.

I have also bought a roll cage, courtesy of Bob and hope to have that fitted soon.

Car was running late on Friday so hopefully not far now from being finished and will be mapped soon.

A few piccies.

Thanks for reading
