Not an obvious cause for the symptoms..
Was it a case of just changing everything one at a time, or were there some other clues?

No clues really found it by fluke if I'm honest lol was looking for any loose connections and accidentally leant on the maf sensor which killed the engine tried it a few times and kept killing it so opened it up and found a dodgy pin, replaced the maf and it runs better than it ever has done
