my Nissan Pulsar GTIR in black. 1993, 2.0 Ltr 4 wheel drive. I have a folder with about 10k's worth of receipts with this car! the spec is as follows:

Engine
Parts

HKS 87mm forged pistons
HKS 87mm piston ring kit
cosworth 87mm by 1.8mm head gasket
ACL race series bearings 0.25mm
ACL race series main bearings 0.25mm
ACL duraglide thrust washers
Genuine Nissan oil pump assembly
AjUSA bottom end seal kit
AjUSA valve stem seals

Machine work

Crank shaft grind and polish
Cylinders bored to 0.001''
Block acid dipped
Head pressure tested
Head vac tested
Head skimmed
Valves ground
Valves reshimmed

Removal/Fitting

Labour
Millers competition running in oil
Power steering fluid
Coolant
Oil filter
Manifold gaskets and auxiliary seals
turbo elbow gasket

Extras

Rocker cover powder coated yellow
Fan cowlings powder coated yellow
Power steering bottle powder coated yellow
Block painted yellow
F1 stage 2 paddle clutch
2nd hand power steering rack

All this work was carried out 12k miles ago.

Shortly after this the turbo was rebuilt with a 360 degree thrust bearing and uprated shaft and more recently has had a custom exhaust elbow fitted.

Then it had blitz turbo timer, greddy boost controller, SAFC II and a nistune stage 3 install and map with a 1 hour rolling road session.
The dyno print was 306.5 at low 1.1 bar of boost I still have printout.
i have pictures of the whole engine build and clutch to prove.
all the car needs is bigger injectors to run even more boost!
also has:

walbro 255 fuel pump
BC racing coilovers
momo steering wheel
full custom exhaust
toad a1606 alarm and immobliser (with certificate)
uprated ht leads
front mount intercooler
nishimoto alliminum radiator with twin fans
drilled and grooved discs front and back
EBC pads
front and rear strur braces
anti sway bar
carbon fibre bonner
carbon fibre boot and spoiler
the very rare parcel shelf speaker
white non standard alloys
stainless steel catch tank, PAS bottle and fuse box
all samco blue silicone hoses
pod gauges built into A pillar
pioneer sound system
4 nearly new tyres
custom front bumper

probably loads ive missed!
loads of receipts for services and oil changes.
no expense spared on this car!
MOT till jan 2015 and TAX till august.

Bad points (which every car has!)

the rear arches have rust bubbling through but i have 2 brand new arches which i will include.
the rocker cover gasket is weeping but i have a new one of them to.
body work isnt showroom so dont expect a brand new car it is 21 years old.
