Hi i need a bit of advise on my maf set up, i would like to fabricate a 3" aluminium intake but am unsure of the best lay out for this. as i have the standard S bend at present which has the large and medium pipes capped off but also has the small pipe going to the solenoid with 2 more pipes capped off .now would i need to fit the small pipe with solenoid back into the new 3" pipe work? also should i solder wires to maf connectors ? any help much appreciated.

Most people end up heading to just behind the headlight ... keep away from too many bends are you running standard boost then ?
