Just adding this after Bills post.
Quite handy thing have in the toolbox & good for any key in any lock really.
Links for kits are on eBay mainly as easy for most people worldwide grab one if wanted
Quite easy make own tools from coping saw blade, feeler guage blade, sowing needle etc ...

No idea on quality of steel & handles but expect up to occasional use we likely put them through.
If got set of old feeler guage blades it quite easy make a few tools to hook keys out but at less than £3 I would be inclined try the chinese kit out.
No moving parts (if handles stay on :-P) & not too technical so they may be good enough ... Normally only thing I buy chinese is takeaway for UK & steamed stuffed pork buns at my local market but some exceptions are okay ! :-/
