I started posting allready but thought I'd just put a quick post up I own a poorly R I brought it with engine knock and I'm currently stripping it to see what's happened, my past cars Iv owned fiesta rat, escort series 1 rat, 2 mk2 golfs1 tuned and cam'd other 2.0 block change, a Hawkeye scoob running 350bhp 400 torques, the a heavily tuned skyline 33gtr running 602bho so I'm use to spannering , I live in Northampton I'm a Kone lift technician and work all over the east Midlands hopefully meet some fellow R owners soon.....

Welcome mate, hope everything on your R gets sorted out. Looks like you have owned some pretty cool and worked cars in the past, should help you with owning an R Laughing

It was great speaking to you Bob and you let me know what had happens to the car previously it's great talking to a guy that really enjoys there gtir's and with great advice hopefully the engine will be ok
