Anyone came across this? Seems to be Nissan certified aftermarket parts, ordered a 15208-70J0A oil filter from a main dealer through ebay and was sent a 15208-095VA (E11 Note) Nissan Value Advantage Filter.

I'm sure that it will be interchangeable but it's not what I ordered and it's made in France so it's probably a Renault aftermarket part given that the Note will have a Renault engine, anyone got a new 70J0A that says where it's made?

Not a huge deal but I know the Nissan genuine filters are good and this one could have been made by anyone.

Bit tricky that as Nissan have quite a few OEMs for different parts of the world so for EU it likely Sogefi do them. I had Nissan filters from Japan mainly but they started doing them in a china factory so I went to BluePrint as quality seemed good on filter surface area & bypass valve & general construction/packaging consistently good, they made in Japan & price is very reasonable.

Ill get in touch with them, my own fault really as bought based on item title but the description lists both numbers. Different seller on there doing a pack of 10 70J0A for £47 which is pretty good.

Got in touch with the dealer, said to scrape the Value advantage sticker off, true enough it's a proper 70J0A, made in France, must have moved production in with Renault. Laughing

Anyway there's another Filter number to add to the list - 15208-095VA
