I found soaking in a rust kill spray really made a huge difference, still difficult to get out but gave me the slightest bit of movement.

Over the last 12 years weve broken around 250-300 pulsars
and i would say on average around half of those we have had major issues with those bolts. Tried heating with mapp gas and oxygen after soaking in penetrating oil for a day or so and fookers still dont budge, ive even swung at them with a sledge hammer after undoing the other ends so left with hub and the radius arms yet they still dont budge.
Ive actually got around a dozen hubs with arms attached as cant get the bolts out due to them being firmly stuck in the radius arm bushes.
So some come out easily yet others are virtually impossible to remove unless they are cut from the hub.
