KELLY MOTORSPORT IRELAND BUILT NISSAN SUNNY 3 DOOR RALLY CAR
Nissan Sunny 1600 16v twin cam engine. 130-140 BHP approx
Newly built from imported shell (sister car) of Connor Kelly’s 1600 Class winning car. MSA Logged and ready to rally.
Mot Tested till August 2016
Fully seam welded and strengthened shell
Full weld in multi point custom cage and freshly painted. Professionally built to a very, very high standard, must be viewed to appreciate
-Skimmed Head, polished & ported

-Running on Webber 45′s
-Harry Hockley 5 speed DOG BOX

-New 6 point T.R.S harnesses valid 2019

-14 inch revolution gravel rims with good tyres x 6
-15inch Tarmac Oz rims Pirelli and Hankook T91 soft
- 15inch New Tarmac Team Dynamics with Hankook T91 soft
The Hankook T91 soft x4 have done 100 miles and x2 are new costing £900 at Mull this year.
- Brantz International 2 Pro and Rally Timer

Spares package with the car to keep you going.(Intercom not included or lamp Pod and wiring harness)

This proper rally car and it's ready to compete straight away It's is ultra-reliable, pulls really well and handles extremely well. Everything is new, so it's basically a new rally car, you won't have to spend a penny on it, unlike most used rally cars.
Really needs to be seen to be appreciated, A lot of money has been spent on this car, for sale at a fraction of the build cost!

just to say car has nothing to do with me nor am i trying to sell it
just think it looks good

Yeah does look good.
Seen it on ebay.
Loads of work done on it.
Not sure I would want to pay that much for a 1.6 sunny tho.
The bloke I bought some parts off the other week was selling his gtir rally car for half that price.

seems a lot until you look at prices of comparable cars ive seen les specced 205 gti for more than that

was that the red blue and white rally car stu?

It's not actually a Gti, possibly derived from a 1.6sr or lx model.
But still looks like a fair bit of work has gone into it from spec and pictures.
Standard engines of these run 101 bhp as i once had a 1.6 sr back in the day, so to get it to 140 bhp, almost standard Gti power is not bad.
Obviously a lot for the money, but if you want to just build it for 1.6 class then its a good buy.
Nice bits on it that I could use in my car though.
