Bought some of these as my bumper seems to have issues fastening properly and always seems to sag, and would be good to be able to remove it a bit easier when needed.

Anyone used these before and what are they like?

I wonder how big the actual round pieces are .... only thing i would say is how long do you reckon the rubber bands would last you reckon they would perish ...

You do mean bumper and not bonnet?
I've used them on two cars not the same as the one you showed
I used them really as I had to though as I removed the bumper bar once I've got and used are much stronger looking than the ones you put on link

i think by judging by google images the disc is about the size of a 2p piece, just wondered being bands will they actually hold up the bumper or just snap on british pothole roads

heres a fitted image, ive seen the spring style being used, hit a badger lastnight and pulled my bumper off so the holes where the it fastens to the wing are pretty much no more and the inner wings seem to bend causing the bumper to sag. if you know what i mean.

Think they should be ok, Gaz and Pete use the spring versions on their cars

I bought the same product a while back (maybe from a different company) and have planned to fit them for ages.
My garage is at the back of my house and the access track is not great so i figured having a way of getting the bumper on & off quickly would be handy when i get the car out for the summer !
The product itself seemed good quality - the rubber bands look like they will hold up.
I was planning to use them exactly how the picture you posted a link of shows except not crossing the band but using it stright

^ looks like its off his toolbox, I am sure there was a craze for hinges like that only issue is with them is if you snag your bumper its gonna take a chunk out of your wing or possibly bend it were as rubber of a spring will have some give.
