I can sort you out with NDS and a cable in the UK. Note the software would only be via a link to the original software programmer. I will collect NO money, just point you in the right direction, and I therefore make no money from software, but can advise on lots of good free ones and paid for. Many pros and cons for all.

You can use consult cable & usb to db9/rs232 lead (load supplied drivers for it as china chipset ones have modded drivers) they can be found on eBay & have uk & worldwide sellers . 'obd scan tech nissan' is good software option, links are in links forum section. mreguest usb/BT boxes probably better/easier due to more current connection standards & allowing easy android connectivity via BT .
