Someone fitted a Apexi Safc2 to my Pulsar many years ago and used scotch locks. Someone stole the safc and tried pulling the loom out too so its a bit of a mess. whats the best thing I can do?

1) Get a diagram for the loom and remove all scotch locks and try to re solder
2) can I replace that part of the loom?

Well im not sure the scotch locks are the best thing to do? as they may mess up the signal. tbh it was a bit fucked and the car wouldnt run at all so I messed about until it would run but wasnt using a diagram so wanted to try and get it all back to how it should be. At the moment I have a stock t28 and want to keep it that way so doubt there is a need for a half patched in safc loom. i do have a safc2 but the cabling isnt all plumbed in right.

What's your plans? . Decent scotch locks can be as good as solder joints as solder can cause dry solder joins( more so circuit boards) if done the heat travels along way up a cable very fast so be careful and the solder can increase resistance. Heat shrink any bare cable or joint once tested

Well the wiring for the safc is half in half out so just want to tidy it all up really and any damage I can solder and re wrap.
