Well I have bought myself a gtir tonight from Beeb gtir on here. I am really pleased with it. And he is a top bloke also, I have travelled up and down the country and ended up buying one 7 mile from my house

No I couldn't twist his arm on the rally rep lol that thing is stunning. It's the grey one I have bought off him it needs a clutch and a couple of bits but it's in really good shape

There's a good how to on here for swapping the clutch if you are doing it yourself.

Think that's the car we sold Tom a while back now if so it could possibly be a gearbox issue with a diff problem so wouldn't go buying any clutches until you've pulled the box off to further investigate.

The car came from Essex originally from a guy in Harlow who had it for a few years then we bought it off him

That's it you rebuilt the engine on it. I did speak to you today bob refrence a clutch but even if it is a gearbox issue I will put a clutch in it. It sounds like to me the clutch release bearing has gone or maybe the springs as I can here it all jangling around. But you never know I will be wanting some more parts off you bob I will ring you with a list

Ah right sorry never realised that was you, yes it may well be a clutch issue, can't remember as was a while back now when Tom was going through a stage of collecting cars lol
