The only way to know is to strip it then take it to a engine specialist I'd say it's repairable with a good skim the correct headgasget to suit the skim to keep compression ok

Not sure how much blocks are these days but would suggest having it checked out properly but I wouldnt have a block like that in my car.

I did say it looked deep from picture. Now this is a very broad statement but local to me it's finding someone to sort it ie you need to tell the machine shop what you want taken off. I know untill your past it but you need to work out if there is a gasket suitible thickness for one  that's just the tip of the iceberg so to speak. So probably a different block is best

pics & details really not that great, needs looking at by eye really.
If crack it scrap really, liner looks cracked but sourcing another block cheaper than messing with new liners & safer unless got very decent machinist, if it scored then might be salvageable but that depends what been taken off block already.
