Hoping not a crack in the head but could be a split hose as there is warter on the floor now just to find where it is coming from think I need a pressure tester

Did you bleed the cooling system fully after replacing the head gasket?

Could be the head gasket? When mine was going i got bubbles in my expansion tank after a drive & if i ragged it, it would overflow some coolant. Sad

Sorry didn't answer the phone today Scott but will call you tomorrow at some stage, just been ultra busy.

If there is water on the floor then odds are you have split a hose fella.
If you've lost coolant through a leak in hose or whatever then the coolant will drop and be replaced by air in the sealed system.
When the coolant expands when hot it will over pressurise the cap and go into the expansion bottle, if it's very hot that will fill up and will be lost through the overflow on expansion which in turn will put even more air into the sealed system.

So it's a catch 22 really, you need to find the leak first and cure that then re-bleed the system purging the air out.
Don't use it if it's boiling up or you'll cook the engine and blow another head gasket, or warp / crack the head
