At the moment my Speedo isn't working, flicked on quickly for 3 seconds so wondered if anyone know where it's earthed, trying to understand these wiring diagram on el-109 and onwards and no joy

If the speedo is occasionally bouncing and then not working and then bouncing again it will be the "diode" on the printed circuit board. get an instrument fitter to replace the diode and it should be all good again.

This happened to mine and when I had it repaired I also had it recalibrated.

It's the Speedo and the oddometer that are not working. I have a digital gauge which plugs into the obd port and that also isn't showing a signal for speed. It's only jumped into life the once so hopefully it's just an earthing problem, just not sure where its earthed.
