Resprayer could not open the bonnet yesterday day so went there thinking the worst!! Me and my brother had to take off the bumper then with a screw driver and pulling on the cable by the latch it opens! Sprayed loads of gunk down the cable and waited a few seconds and the cable started to free. Re-routed the cable to go under the headlight straight to the latch instead of going behind then in front of the front mount intercooler. Plenty of WD40 and it's like brand new!

Ive had the same problem with mine and it was extremely stiff to pull. Rerouted the cable and made a huge difference.
